Our standard build timeline is approximately 12 weeks from sign-off to completion. Each stage is completed in-house to ensure the trailer is built to commercial standards and fully prepared for handover or delivery.

| Week 6 | Procurement | Materials, components and equipment are ordered and prepared. |
| Week 7 | Build the Body | Main trailer structure assembled — chassis, framework, external body. |
| Week 8 | Build Fit Out | Internal build — worktops, storage, equipment, electrical systems installed. |
| Week 9 | Branding & Finishing | Branding application, finishing touches and final visual preparation. |
| Week 10 | QC & Handover Ready | Final inspections, system testing and operational checks. |
| Week 11 | Delivery & Handover | Completed trailer prepared for collection or delivery, documentation provided. |
| Week 12 | Post Delivery | Post-delivery check-in to confirm everything is operating correctly. |
Any amendments requested outside the Week 4 approval window may delay the overall project timeline.
