Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with a product you've received, please read our returns policy below for details on how to return eligible items.
1. Standard Products (Non-Custom Items)
You may return standard, non-custom catering appliances within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resaleable condition

All accessories, manuals, and components are included

You provide proof of purchase (order number or invoice)
How to Return a Standard Product

We will provide you with a Return Authorisation and return instructions.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund (excluding original shipping costs) within 7–10 business days.
Please Note:
You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply for commercial equipment, depending on the condition of the return.
2. Custom-Made Products
Products that are custom-made to your specifications are non-returnable and non-refundable, in accordance with consumer law.

Any item clearly personalised or built to individual requirements
We encourage you to double-check all specifications, dimensions, and requirements before placing an order for a custom item. If you’re unsure, our team is here to help.
Important: If a custom product arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
3. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
