We ship nationwide and are committed to delivering your food trailers and accessories as safely and efficiently as possible. Please review the information below before placing your order.


1. Shipping for Food Trailers

Our food trailers are large, heavy-duty items that require specialist freight services.

Key Details:

  • Delivery Timeframe: Estimated 2–4 weeks from order confirmation, depending on your location and customization requirements.

  • Delivery Method: Shipped via a trusted third-party freight carrier with curbside or depot delivery.

  • Delivery Locations: We deliver to most locations nationwide. Remote or regional areas may require depot collection or attract additional charges.

Important Notes:

  • The receiving location must be accessible by a large delivery vehicle.

  • You are responsible for arranging offloading of the trailer upon delivery (e.g. forklift or adequate manpower).

  • Someone must be present to inspect and sign for the trailer upon arrival.


2. Shipping for Accessories

Smaller items and accessories (e.g. spare parts, kitchen equipment, fittings) are shipped via standard courier services.

Key Details:

  • Delivery Timeframe: Typically 3–7 business days from dispatch.

  • Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.

  • Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.


3. Combined Orders

If you order a trailer and accessories together, they may be shipped separately. Accessories may arrive before or after the trailer, depending on availability and shipping method.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout. For food trailers, a flat freight quote may be provided depending on your delivery location.

5. Order Tracking & Updates

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you:

  • A tracking number (for accessories)

  • Freight carrier contact details (for trailers)

  • Estimated delivery timeframe updates


6. Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect all deliveries upon arrival. If any item is damaged or missing:

  • Report it to the delivery driver and make a note on the delivery slip

  • Notify us within 48 hours with photos and details

We will work quickly to resolve the issue.


7. International Shipping
