Available in three sizes, 2ft. 3ft and 4ft options, each one is powered by a series of stainless steel horseshoe burners with independently controlled cooking zones, the griddle ensures even heat distribution across the surface and maximum flexibility during service. With a total output of 15kW and a wide cooking temperature range of 210°C to 350°C, it offers the power and precision chefs need in demanding catering environments.

The smooth, polished griddle surface provides excellent heat retention, while the extra burner compared to similar brands means more cooking power and greater efficiency. The smart design makes use of 99.75% of the griddle width for cooking, ensuring no space is wasted.

For convenience and hygiene, the griddle includes a large removable fat collection drawer and a wide drainage hole, making cleaning quick and straightforward. Reliable piezo ignition with direct start eliminates the need for pilot lights, reducing downtime and improving safety.
